Dr. Horner is a member of the Division of Allergy, Immunology and Pulmonary Medicine. She received her undergraduate degree in chemistry from Washington University. She received her medical degree from and completed a residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at St. Louis University. She completed her Allergy/Immunology fellowship at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX. She joined the faculty of Washington University in 2006. She is board certified in Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, and Allergy and Clinical Immunology. Dr. Horner’s research interests include childhood asthma. She has held several leadership positions within the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, & Immunology (AAAAI) and is a member of the Joint Task Force on Practice Parameters. She currently serves as the fellowship program director for Pediatric Allergy Immunology.
