Critical Care Medicine | Fellowship Program | Applying/Contact Info
The Fellowship Program participates both in the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) and in the National Resident Matching Program for Pediatric Critical Care Medicine (part of the NRMP Pediatric Specialties Fall Match). For fellowship training beginning in July 2022, applicants can download the ERAS Applicant User Guide beginning in mid-late June 2021 (Please consult the ERAS and NRMP web sites for further details). Once the ERAS application service opens (mid-July), fellow candidates may begin to work on their applications and upload their materials.
Documents to be submitted:
- Common Application Form
- Curriculum Vitae
- Personal Statement
- Three Letters of Reference (including one from the applicant’s current program director)
- MSPE and Medical School Transcript
- USLME Scores (and/or COMLEX scores if applicable)
Upon review of completed ERAS applications, selected applicants are invited to interview (using Interview Broker). Interviews will commence via Zoom, in mid-August and continue until mid-October on Wednesday and Fridays. One week prior to the scheduled interview day, a welcome packet with introductory information to the program as well as interview details will be sent electronically for review prior to the interview. The interview day will begin at 10:00 a.m. CDT and will include 5-6 interviews with program leadership and division faculty and a virtual “coffee chat” with current fellows. Please expect to be with us on your interview day from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. CDT.
