Acknowledging one’s own privilege can be h ard! This session we will reflect on our Implicit Association Test\, (IAT)\ , results within a privileged identity. We will discuss how to recognize ou r blind spots and be open to self-reflection about the places where we carr y privilege and the opportunities for allyship.
