Navigating culture and environments that r egularly discriminate or marginalize your identity is hard! It is even har der when many people don’t believe the experiences you describe or provide the support that you need. In this session we will reflect on our Implicit Association Test\, (IAT)\, results within a marginalized identity. We wil l discuss how we can communicate with potential allies to improve our exper iences and outcomes.
