Diversity & Inclusion 2.0 - Uncons cious Bias (This is onsite training)
Unconscious Bias – Faci litators provide experiential activities that align with materials from the American Association of Medical Colleges (AAMC) to demonstrate how unconsc ious bias is something that every individual holds. The goals of this inte ractive training is to highlight the concept of unconscious bias\, how it i nfluences individuals on a daily basis\, and provides tangible tools for mi tigating unconscious bias.
How to Register: Registr ation must be completed by logging into https://wustl.sabacloud.com/ and selecting HR - Diversity & Inclus ion 2.0\, course number 00006221 and class ID number 000057915.
What to do after training is completed: After the training has been completed and the complet ion update is made by the Office of Diversity\, Equity & Inclusion\, learne rs receive a system generated Email from Washington University Learn@Wo rk. The Email contains a link to the evaluation. Complete the evaluat ion as soon as you can to avoid action messages of “in progres s\, pending action or “incomplete” in your Plan that is not associated with the training\, but the evaluation.
