Commitment – The goal of this training is to provide lang uage to address discrimination without shaming others\, but rather fosterin g inclusion. We accomplish this goal through interactive media\, positive\ , response techniques\, and activities that encourage empathetic understand ing through exploring real life identities.
How to Register: Registration must be completed by logging into https://wustl.sabacloud.com/ and selecting HR - D iversity & Inclusion 3.0\, course number 00006222 and class ID number 00006 2491.
How to attend the training: This is an onsite training. Please remember to sign the log when entering the physical trai ning location to be awarded credit for attending. Please arrive to the room within 15 minutes of start to receive credit for completing the training.< /p>
What to do after training is completed: After the t raining has been completed and the completion update is made by the Office of Diversity\, Equity & Inclusion\, learners receive a system generated Ema il from Washington University Learn@Work. The Email contains a li nk to the evaluation. Complete the evaluation as soon as you can to avoid a ction messages of “in progress\, pending action or “incomplete ” in your Plan that is not associated with the training\, but the eval uation. Please allow at least five days for us to update your completion st atus for this training.
