Now Offering Virtual Visits
Life seems very different during these challenging times, but Washington University Department of Pediatrics is here to care for your child’s needs, just as we’ve always been. With virtual visits, you can see your doctor without a visit to the office. Our staff will walk you through every step of the process. The health of our patients and staff is our top priority. During the COVID-19 pandemic, here is what we are doing to keep everyone safe during your office visit:
- We require all patients and visitors over 2 years old to wear a mask.
- Each patient may have two visitors accompany them.
- You will be screened for symptoms of COVID-19 when you arrive for your appointment. You may be asked to reschedule if symptoms are present.
- Practice social distancing and stay at least 6 feet apart from others when possible.
- If you have a MyChart account, please complete the online check-in and payment before your visit.
