Clinical Interests

Dr. Kitcharoensakkul is a clinical instructor in Pediatrics at Washington University School of Medicine. She received her medical degree from Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, Thailand. Dr. Kitcharoensakkul completed her pediatric residency and fellowship in Allergy, Immunology, and Pediatric Rheumatology at St. Louis Children’s Hospital, Washington University School of Medicine. She is a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, & Immunology (AAAAI) and the American College of Rheumatology (ACR). Dr. Kitcharoensakkul’s research interests include the role of infection with Respiratory Syncytial Virus in early life on the development of asthma and its long-term outcomes; and the diagnostic utilities of antibody testing in primary immunodeficiency diseases.
