This event is part of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Commemoration Week. It is free and is open to everyone. The conference will be virtual this year due to COVID-19 distancing restrictions. Registration is not required. This event will be recorded and available for later viewing.

Celebrating Black Joy and Healing with Wellness Practices, mindfulness and yoga, led by The Collective STL. The Collective STL is a vibrant group of Black yoga and wellness instructors, fully committed to improving the health and wellbeing of Black communities in St. Louis.

In addition to the 7:30 a.m. session, an afternoon session of this program will be held at 5:30 p.m.
