Advancing equity and collaboration, the Association for Women Faculty (AWF) fosters dialogue and partnership to improve opportunities for women faculty on the Danforth Campus. Exploring hidden biases through interactive tools

Helping individuals understand implicit attitudes, Project Implicit offers research-based assessments that reveal unconscious preferences and stereotypes. Through online tests and educational resources, the platform promotes self-awareness and supports efforts to reduce bias in personal and professional settings.

With members from seven countries and 24 states representing more than 50 specialties, we understand the unique challenges of balancing professional and family life. Through seasonal events and special interest groups, we foster connection, friendship and shared experiences.
