Fellow Forum is the core curriculum for all subspecialty trainees in the Department of Pediatrics. The department is dedicated to the career and professional development of our fellows. Through a series of topics organized by year of fellowship training and anticipated academic career track, the Fellow Forum curriculum provides sessions on scholarship, teaching, and some core competencies relevant for clinical care. It is structured as a three-year curriculum and begins each academic year with a half-day career-focused retreat for all pediatric fellows. Following that, each fellow group will attend 2-hour sessions once per month. The sessions are generally designed in workshop format to allow for small group learning opportunities.

In addition to providing education and career development, the Fellow Forum provides an opportunity for fellows across all specialties to get together and develop relationships outside of their individual fellowships, offering a great community of peers.
